Demonstration Phone Line

We provide a demonstration phone number so prospective clients can experience our AI voice agent. Calls to this line are answered by an automated system, are disclosed as such at the start of the call, and may be recorded and transcribed for quality and training purposes. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or health information on this line. This line is for demonstration only and is not a customer support or emergency line.

SMS and Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Trueline Media. Our program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages, and information about our services.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Scheduling and Appointments

Client Responsibilities

Clients who engage our services are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, for holding any licenses and registrations required for their business, and for ensuring that any contact lists or customer data they supply were lawfully obtained with all consents required by applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Clients agree to indemnify Trueline Media against claims arising from data they provide or from their own business practices.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, calls answered, revenue, or business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your pricing, and your follow-up.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trueline Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business.
